From New York, to our academy. A masterclass in hospitality with @bumblepro ✨

To wrap up the year, the entire Hedkandi Salon Group came together—stylists, barbers, estheticians and emerging student talent—for a beautiful day of education and connection, guided by the incredible @shanni_alexandra from Bumble and bumble New York.

Together, we explored what it truly means to welcome someone—to create an experience so thoughtful, it lingers long after they leave your chair.

These moments matter. Because when we learn together, we grow together. And the energy we share behind the scenes is the same energy that reaches every guest who walks through our doors

Yesterday was the first time in over 3 years I had a haircut appointment. Everyday I have the privilege to be behind the chair, today it was a privilege to be in it.

As a barber, most of your haircuts are in between guests or when someone has time at the end of their day for a quick clean up.

I missed having that experience of amazing customer service and just being able to hang out and take it all in.

I’ve made it a routine now to book in my appointments so I can have that experience regularly again 🙏🏽

Thanks to all y’all @johnnysbarberandshop 1st street. Top service and vibes ❤️
