Couple things iv learnt wile running. ⬇️⬇️⬇️

1. Slow motion is better than no motion. Actuals! Its not about your time. Own race, own pace. Zonnnnneeee twooooo!
2. Invest in some good running shoes. If your heavy like me, your knees will thank you lol
3. Running can be cringe to others, but you will find your people. The ones who actually want you to win. Surround yourself with them.
4. Your mind is a lot stronger than you think. Put in the reps. When your mind starts turning for the better, your body will follow.
5. Post your runs. You dont know who you will inspire. At first i found it cringe. Worried about what others would think. Truth is, the ones hating, still sit there and watch your stuff. In saying that, have received so much love and support from the running community.
6. Going for a run, becomes more than just going for a run. Its growth. Its self love. Keep showing up.
7. Ive always wanted to get to the end destination, fast!! Haha but this time round, iv just been looking forward to the next day. Stack days, and enjoy the journey. Its way more fun.
8. Im 30 plus. Thought it was too late to start running haha but Its never too late to start. It was actually the best decision i made for myself. Start today 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

Im still a beginner thou, dont take my word for it. Try it for yourself 🙏🏽
