Maandagavond zat ik bij de @fi.business x Soho House Talk, luisterend naar @joshveldhuizen en @pienstieglis over hoe je een merk omzet naar een business die blijft groeien. En één ding bleef hangen.

Dat alles draait om het hebben van een visie. Ondernemerschap begint met een sterke visie, het diep van binnen voelen en dat dan consequent naar buiten uitdragen. Jaar na jaar. Ook als het spannend is. Ook als de wereld beweegt.

En datzelfde gesprek voerde ik eerder die dag nog met een klant. Over AI de angst “straks zijn we niet meer nodig.” Maar het werkt andersom was onze conclusie. AI legt juist bloot wat niet vervangen kan worden. Connectie. Jouw verhaal. De reden waarom iemand voor jou kiest en niet voor een ander.

AI kan teksten genereren. Maar het kan niet voelen waarom jij doet wat je doet. Het kan niet de reden zijn waarom een klant voor jou kiest en niet voor een ander.

Dat begint van binnen. Bij je why. Bij wat jij gelooft, waar jij voor staat, wat jou elke ochtend laat opstaan. En als je dat naar buiten durft te dragen, naar je community, dan gebeurt er iets bijzonders. Dan wordt zichtbaarheid vertrouwen.

Dus de grootste les? Start before you’re ready. Maar weet wel waarom.

My debut EP “Make It Make Sense” is OUT NOW. ❤️

It feels pretty surreal finally being able to say that.

These songs hold so many different parts of my life. The good, the bad, the love, the heartbreak, and all the moments where I was just trying to make sense of it all.

My beautiful team and I have poured so much time, effort, love and passion into this project, and I couldn’t be more proud of what we’ve created together. I’m so incredibly grateful for every single person who helped bring this EP to life. 🌻
