Kim & Ethan were the absolute sweetest couple - and somehow just as crazy as they were sweet. ❤️

Their spectacular wedding at the North Carolina Aquarium in Pine Knoll Shores had pretty much everything: an incredible setting, a packed dance floor, plenty of laughs, and a few moments that probably weren’t in the original wedding-day timeline. 😂

From the dance floor antics to the groomsmen tossing Ethan into the air and then dropping him…TWICE…there was never a dull moment. 🤣

And in the middle of the noise and celebration, there were the quieter moments - like sneaking away for sunset and grabbing photos with dad and mom and dancing to a slow song and just watching these two take it all in.

Kim & Ethan, you two were a blast. Thank you for trusting me to be there for all of it. Congratulations, you two! ❤️

Today is the day… The 14-day flounder season is officially open!

Protect your catch with our premium 5-stage purified ice.

The Standard: Regular ice allows bacteria to grow as it melts.

The Process: We utilize a 5-stage filtration system, finishing with an advanced dual treatment of ozone and UV light.

The Data: This process destroys bacteria on contact, neutralizes odors, and keeps fish fresh up to 33% longer.

Make it count. Fill up 24/7 on your way out:

You only get one flounder a day…you don’t compromise on the ice.

Tomorrow, a 14-day season opens. Most people will buy whatever standard ice is closest.

But people like us do things differently.

Standard ice allows bacteria to grow as it melts. It alters the flavor. It compromises the catch.

We did the research. We tracked down the technology. And we brought ozone-treated ice to Beaufort and Atlantic Beach. It actively destroys bacteria, neutralizes odors, and extends fish freshness by up to 33%.

It is a deliberate choice for local fishermen who refuse to compromise from the boat to the frying pan.

We brought these machines here for people who care about the details.

Pure ice. 24/7.

There is a specific feeling that belongs to the people who love the North Carolina coast. It’s the shared understanding that days are meant for the water, the sand, and the sun—not for waiting in long grocery store lines just to fill your cooler.

People like us care about staying outside, keeping the adventure moving, and refusing to settle for less.

That is why our family started Ehrhart Pure Ice & Water.
We didn’t want to bring just any standard vending machine to our coast. We searched for the best technology available because our neighbors deserve a higher standard. That is why we invested in a commercial-grade, 5-stage purification system—making us the only machines in the area that protect your refreshment with both UV and Ozone treatments.

No lines. No store hours. Just radically simple refreshment, 24/7!

We currently have two locations:

Beaufort: At the Beaufort Yacht Basin (right with the Compass Hotel)

Atlantic Beach: Right behind Crabs Claw restaurant

We are a local, family-owned business, and we built this company for our coastal community and everyone visiting our beautiful beaches. If you believe a perfect day out here shouldn’t be interrupted by a supermarket run, you are one of us!

P.S. Swipe to the end to see the newest addition to the Ehrhart family! Our son just got married, so please help us welcome his beautiful new wife, Alyssa Ehrhart!
