We Took Almost 3 Months to Finish This Project — And We Didn’t Rush It. Here’s Why. 🤍

The scope? A full Dubsado system setup + website design revamp. Not a small project, but one that required collaboration, communication, and plenty of details to bring everything together.

My client has a very busy schedule, so instead of pressuring her to send everything we needed, we patiently waited and worked around her availability. We understood that she had a business to run, clients to serve, and a lot on her plate.

In the past, I used to focus so much on how many projects I could complete in a month. I wanted to accommodate as many clients as possible, and I learned the hard way that rushing to fit more projects into my schedule isn’t always the best approach.

This client reminded me that our job isn’t just to finish a project. It’s to genuinely help our clients and their businesses.

Most of our projects take around 1–2 weeks to complete, depending on the scope. But this time, we chose not to rush the process just to meet a timeline. We wanted to give our client the quality of service she deserved while respecting her schedule and making sure everything was done right.

Because at the end of the day, we’re not just completing tasks or ticking boxes. We’re building systems, creating solutions, and helping business owners make their work a little easier.

We may not promise perfection or claim to be the best, but we put genuine care into what we do. We want to be proud of the work we deliver, and we treat every client’s project with the same level of ownership and attention as we would our own business.

And that’s the kind of service we want to continue giving.

To serve with genuine care, not just to finish the job, but to make a real difference in our clients’ businesses. 🤍
