My life consists of Late gigs. Early starts. Weeks where the calendar wins. So when I get a night at home with my daughter, we make it count. Schnitzel night. She crumbed every piece, plated it herself, then looked straight down the camera and said “I made it.” That’s the part I care about. Not the meal. The confidence. One day I won’t be standing next to her in the kitchen. She’ll still know how to feed herself, and she’ll remember who taught her. To the fathers grinding through long weeks, you don’t need more time. Use the time you’ve got. Teach them something real. It outlasts anything you’ll ever buy them. #LibresLegacy #FatherhoodFirst #CookingWithStookie #WinnerWinnerChickenDinner

The Daily Dose… ONE THING I would start doing IMMEDIATELY to invest in my HEALTH.. FIND YOUR LOCAL FARMERS MARKETS. FRESH is better… ORGANIC is BEST… Start SMALL but just START… Today at @gcorganicmarket there were BARGAINS GALORE… And I got the FIRST chook of the season from @tilcolaneorganics Bone Broth, DOG TREATS, Chicken Chow Mien & Stroganoff all on the way. Thank you @summitorganics for the BIGGEST JUICIEST bunch of CELERY. Stock, CELERY STICKS, stews & JUICE all on the way … How you START your day matters… HOW you set up your WEEK matters MOST… #BreakingtheFAST #NourishingNaturally #PersonalChef #Nutritionist #IntegrativeHealth

A pretty big Q2 with @emmasleep.au 👀 We’ve been working closely with Emma on how they show up in the Australian mattress space. And Q2 gave us some pretty nice numbers to show for it: 1.46M+ views, 258K+ reach and 21K+ likes. The goal has always gone beyond views. It’s about building consideration, driving conversions and making Emma a brand Australians think of when it’s time for a better night’s sleep. ONE THING we learned REAL QUICK at cook school was how to throw salt “properly” … The other was that “Salt and Pepper are the POLICEMEN of TASTE!” And NOW I’ve come to know QUALITY SALT is the key to optimal HYDRATION… ONE of the SIMPLEST …most affordable UPGRADES you can make is your WATER… AND by adding a pinch of quality Celtic sea salt YOU help REPLENISH naturally occurring minerals and EFFECTIVELY HYDRATE with electrolytes. IT’S simple. It’s AFFORDABLE. It is a SMALL habit that can make a big DIFFERENCE. Because every great RECIPE starts with quality INGREDIENTS … And YOU (and your HEALTH recipe) are no different. Start SMALL… but just START. Who’s ready to HYDRATE? #hydration #nutrition #foodforthought #breakingthefast #highvoltagehealth

💦 ONE THING I’ve learnt after 27 years as a CHEF… QUALITY always matters. One of the SIMPLEST places to start? Your WATER. Our BODIES made up of around 70% water. Every cell DEPENDS on it. If you’re looking to UPGRADE your health and are OVERWHELMED with the choice…don’t overlook the one INGREDIENT you consume every SINGLE day. Start SMALL….micro CHOICES, repeated daily….become extraordinary results. Start SMALL… but just START. #onething #wellnesswisdom #qualitywater #foodthenews #breakingtheFAST

Having FUN amidst the FRUSTRATION of FOCUSING on one thing at a time The STRUGGLE is REEL… Today’s REAL is bought to you by #adhd .. The ABILITY to do 1000 things all at a time was ONCE the SUPER POWER … NOW learning that doing ONE thing WELL is where the REAL MAGIC lives. Turns out… FOCUS is a SKILL… hands up who is still in TRAINING. 😂 #ADHD #OneThingAtATime #ProgressOverPerfection #MindsetShift

Being a CHEF gives you a RARE opportunity to SEE behind the scenes what really happens before the FOOD hits your plate. Being a CHEF is anything but GLAMOROUS… but as a LIFESTYLE CONSULTANT it has been the BIGGEST GIFT … After 27 years in KITCHENS of all shapes, SIZES and persuasions… I’ve LEARNED a tonne of SECRETS that have SHAPED the secret RECIPES for TRUE success and LONGEVITY I’m ready to share… Now it’s time to pull back the CULINARY curtain and help you make the SWITCH… Those “SECRET” ingredients are often that ones that are SILENTLY sabotaging your system… # #KitchenConfidential #TheSarahFrenchEffect #FoodThatLovesYouBack #LongevityLifestyle WholeHealth
