Something NEW is coming to Hair By Miss BLG… 👀✨

Your Master Cosmetologist is heading back into training mode because growth requires continued education. 🎓💕

I’ve been quietly working behind the scenes to expand my extension services while staying true to what Hair By Miss BLG is built on:

Healthy Hair • Growth • Confidence 🌹

More versatility.
More options.
Same healthy-hair focus.

And this next level includes advanced extension training with Destiny Rose, Atlanta K-Tip Specialist ✨

When you’re looking for your new salon suite home, make sure you find somewhere that values community just as much as you do!

Yesterday, we treated our tenants to a night of fun at @beatthebomb. From the food, drinks, atmosphere…it was such a vibe!

Everyone connected on a deeper level and found ways to support each other more. They left inspired and re-activated to continue building.

As business owners, our success is determined by our relationships.

Value them. Nurture them. Protect them. 🤍

This moment was my sweet surprise from an Angel for real. Last week, out of the blue, a 3rd grader who I’d just met that day came up to me on the playground and asked if she could sing me a song. It was from the heavens…even as I strained to hear her against the playground sounds. But I felt it and still heard an angelic message. This young lady knows nothing about me and is new, but left me in tears, trying to hide them. But I thanked her so much with a big hug and told her to keep singing always as it touches people. She told me directly and clearly that it is her gift✨

What she didn’t know is that she reminded me of my daughter Elyse who could sing, used to play on that same playground, be in those same classrooms, wearing that same Afro puff, in those same uniforms. And she is buried 1 block down the street.

I am thankful to revisit this chosen place where all of my children attended and added so much. And I’m blessed to be able to now add something myself to the minds and spirits of these present children, just as they deeply add to Me🙏🏾💖✨😇🎵

(And actually this young lady first asked me if I know who Whitney Houston was, before she asked to sing the song to me💞)

The Remix Video Already- Since she’s my Gemini & my North Node too✌🏾💫

(…and really because making videos is the funnest, most Hallmark-ish expressions of love I overly-indulge in these days🤩😍 And I so I like this one even better than the 1st one.)

And again…
Happy 20th Birthday to my Elona!👑♊️💝🎊🥳🎁😘 …my Na-Na, our “Sweet Face”, our ultra talented, artistic, creative, caring, kind, dedicated, persevering, powerful, Gorgeous😍 Wonder Woman. May you always be blessed, guided, protected, prospered, and inspired to be all of the beautiful, unique, purposed sides of the Amazing YOU!

Life doesn’t always go as you plan, of course. But one thing I’ve been most thankful for is the enduring true friendships that each of my children have developed and experienced throughout their whole lives. True Gifts 🎁 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

(Btw, if I could sing or rap, I’d say this👆🏾 to this track. But that’s not my ministry…so I dance😄)

And thank you Cousin Tony for your special appearance @theoneandonlytonyf
