Feeling alive!

Dance is my passion, it brings me absolute joy, a sense of flair and commitment. These are some reasons why I have started my online dance classes.

My clients have mentioned their own sense of commitment attending the course of 8 zoom sessions from my first BollyPhysio course.
It's just so gratifying!

If you're interested to have a go, do try a taster class for free. BollyPhysio2 is a fusion of Bollywood choreography with physiotherapy technique through dance, movement and stretches, all to the best and latest Bollywood hits.

You go FREE if 2 friends join the course!
BOOK NOW! Starts Tuesday 4th August.

time for a little change...✨ Since starting my travel photography page, I've never really thought of posting photos of myself/ any BTS shots, it was all about posting some pretty photos for your feed.

For quite some time now, I've wanted to turn my page into something more authentic; to give little travel tips and advice, guides to my favourite places that I've visited and hopefully provide a more useful platform for those of you who love to travel and explore new places! 🌏

Over the coming few days, I'll be updating my page and the style in which I present my content to you all, so please bear with me ✨

And for those of you who don't know me personally, here's a photo so you can put a face to the name! ☺️

Today, being our hindu new year commemorates new beginnings, love and light. It also comes with a heavy heart as I know for myself I strive to achieve my goals and set my affirmations, which can put extra pressure on the hopes and dreams I already have. One thing I try to do is find happiness in each moment. Whether it's a new hour, day or year, I'm thankful for the good times. Live it. Love it. Sculpt it. Reema xx

For #worldmentalhealthday I feel the need to share my thoughts. I stand tall, grounded, with poise, yet on a different day my insecurities and anxieties may be rife. If we do not have coping strategies, ways to find peace and happiness in this increasingly superficial world, then more people will be affected by this growing issue. Let's stand tall together and tackle mental health head on. My answer is meditation. For whoever wants to know, I share my love for the free app @insighttimer. Take responsibility for finding peace. X

I'm grateful to @bydinesh for this wonderful photoshoot ☆
