Hearing my mom say “AH! that’s my baby’s name” was the highlight of my night 💜. Everyone who said she looked like my sister 😉 I’m pretty sure you made her night too 🤣💜

Message to all the creative children of middle eastern homes, they eventually come around ✨

I think this may be the first time an audience has ever made me blush 😳✨

Could not have dreamt of a better group of individuals to fill a room. Conversational quality was PEAK! Thank you @byedit_me and @subkouae for making this possible 🙏🏽

Hehe that’s me 🤓

Incase anyone is curious what my view was 🤷🏽‍♀️

@joshuaamiles does it again. Believe or not… with a keychain camera 👀

Seeing people perceive your taste is a special feeling

Can you tell I love my watch? 😋

Silsila / سلسلة / सिलसिला - rooted in Arabic and carried through Urdu and Hindi, silsila speaks to the connections between people, ideas and practices.

For its opening chapter, Subko and EDIT by Ahmed Seddiqi bring together three UAE-based creative practitioners across THEN / NOW / BEYOND, tracing what shaped them, what occupies them now and what they carry forward through personal EDIT curations.

Three people. Three practices. One silsila unfolding.

A shared interest in process, precision, and the things that only reveal themselves over time brought Subko and EDIT by Ahmed Seddiqi @byedit_me into the same conversation.

That conversation became a Silsila | سلسلة , where one thing leads to another.

The first chapter begins soon.
