🔥 SHE SAID 5… BUT HER BODY SAID 14! 🔥

I saw Bianca in the park with that beautiful smile and those dimples, and I could tell she was curious about what was happening in the Concrete Jungle. 👀

So I walked over and asked her a simple question:

“Can you do some push-ups?”

She said she could do 5.

I said, “Let’s see what you really got.”

And this beautiful woman knocked out 14 PUSH-UPS! 💪🏾🔥

Come on, people! How many times are we going to underestimate ourselves before we realize there’s MORE inside of us?

Sometimes the first limit you have to break isn’t physical—it’s mental.

That’s why I’m building the BELIEF PROGRAM. 🧠🦾
A mindset + fitness journey designed to help you stop putting ceilings on yourself and start discovering what you’re actually capable of.

Never let somebody believe in you more than you believe in yourself.

Big flex to Bianca! 👑🔥
14 when she thought she had 5.

WHAT ARE YOU CAPABLE OF THAT YOU HAVEN’T DISCOVERED YET?

If you woke up, you winning. Now go prove yourself right. 💯

Like DRAMA says….”Getting fit with no drama for our mamas gettin dem commas”😈😈

EXERCISE ROUTINE PERFORMED:
100 burpees/20 reps for 5 variants(UNBROKEN):

#BURPEEMANIA2026 ➡️WEEK11✅

Today we went back into the #deepwaters and SWAM. One full hour of pain, pressure, and purpose! The energy was unreal.

I appreciate every bit of individual support, but there is something different about the people who show up on their own will, ready to get stronger for themselves. That is what we Saiyans are about💪🏾🌟.

“REAL WORK, NOT REEL WORK”.
Adapting through the pain.
Pushing each other to be greater.
Growing together every single week.

Shoutout to the whole Saiyan Family for holding it down every weekend and setting the tone for the first day of the week the right way. The Saiyan Sparks kept me locked in, The Chef came through with a fusion with Stoney & Cass while The Saiyan Ladies showed out as usual. Danny and his crew did their thing too, spinning in the blender and bringing the pressure.

Whole team was strong.
We Are In The Saiyans Era🫡🌟 . The vibe, the realm, the work, everything was beautiful today.

Week 12 is next 🔥 and nothing short of legendary is expected.
Tap in to today’s full mania,
Sign up for the Flatbush Gladiator Competition( @brooklyngladiators718 )🔥🔥🔥, and lock in with the winning team.
Also keep your eyes open for the Burpee Q on June 21 🥭🍉🍗🍖💨

EVERYDAY IS FATHERS DAY.

11 straight weeks of Burpee Mania with my Saiyans 🔥🦾

Representing the ladies the best way I know how—showing up, putting in the work, and earning every rep. The Baddie’s Chain has already been secured. The real question is: did you earn yours? #bm3
