Introducing our artists for this year’s Congee x Thread Birthday!

August 29th will feature our first ever ballroom performance from none other than the International Kiki House of Sassy Savage. With roots as the first Kiki House to originate in Hong Kong, Overall Mothex Wan will be showcasing their Naarm chapter for the climax of the night.

A diverse combination of artists will be on music duty, each contributing their distinct sounds and expertise towards the night. Sakidasumi will be starting things off, welcoming us into her world by blending together live, DJ and dance into an unmissable performance. Dashé, who himself is a member of the House of Silky, will be serving sexy, silly and sensuality . FINAL GIRL co-founder Mon Franco will be providing percussive rhythms and their signature blend of budots and other global sounds. Reigning in the night will be the ever-joyful, ever-evolving Rah with all things provocative, freaky and fun.

On the rooftop Kurious Kat and Mooncake/Big Bao host Small FRY will be soundtracking the craft and Mahjong portion of the night. Groovy, chill and rare Asian records to be expected leading into the night!

Tickets are selling fast for the best night of the year! Link in bio <3
