Meet the heart of our front desk: Layla. She's the first face you see when you walk through our doors, and she has a way of making every single person feel instantly welcomed and cared for. Patients, teammates — it doesn't matter who you are; Layla makes you feel like you matter. Her birthday is this Saturday, so we're kicking off the celebration a day early. Layla, we hope you have the most fabulous birthday weekend. You spend so much of your time making sure everyone else feels loved. Today, we get to give some of that back to you. Happy birthday, Layla! We love you so much 🥰🫶 #TheLookAesthetics #MedicalAesthetics #FranklinTN The Look Aesthetics | Berry Farms, TN | (615) 814-2150

Meet Amy, according to our team 🤍 She’s the Licensed Esthetician and Certified Laser Technician behind so many of the long-term skin transformations you’ve seen us post. She’ll adjust a skincare routine seasonally so your skin always looks just right, walk a six-year patient through her plan with the same patience she’d give a first-timer, and somehow remember every detail of every conversation along the way. The way she shows up for her patients and her teammates is the kind of thing that doesn’t get taught. We’re lucky to have her on this team. Show Amy some love in the comments! #TheLookAesthetics #Skincare #SkinExpert #Esthetician #medicalaesthetics  The Look Aesthetics | Berry Farms, TN | (615) 814-2150

If summer makes you dread raising your hand or shaking someone’s, this is for you. Hyperhidrosis is a condition that causes excessive sweating, most commonly in the hands and underarms. It’s persistent, uncomfortable, and more common than people realize. What most patients don’t know: tox for hyperhidrosis is one of the most effective treatments available. It works by blocking the nerve signals that trigger your sweat glands, and results typically last around 6 months. So, if summer is your sweaty season, now is the time to treat it! Comment SWEAT and we’ll DM you all the details. 👇 #hyperhidrosis #excessivesweating #botox #dysport #daxxify

Behind every treatment, every recommendation, and every result, there’s a team. Once a year, we pause to reconnect, reflect, and realign on what matters most: our people and the patients we serve. This retreat wasn’t about stepping away from the work; it was about strengthening the foundation so we can show up better in the year ahead. As we head into an exciting season of education and new offerings, this day grounded us in who we are and why we do what we do. We’re grateful to grow, evolve, and care — together. 💛 📍 Franklin, TN ☎️ (615) 814-2150
