One of my favorite things to do EVER is plan special moments for my friends to enjoy on my birthday. The last years I had more of a wellness focus. Hosted meditations and sound healings (@reikcovery @leahmeditates), gardening (@healthinthehood), yoga class (@vinyasawave).

This year I decided it was time to get WILD on the @rumbatoursmiami and @thedirtyrabbitwynwood 😈😈 Having been in Denver I was in DESPERATE need for a girls night with my girls.

WHAT. A. NIGHT.

Last few years as you all know have been a rebuild of my entire life for me. I’ve lost people, gained even more amazing humans around me, and loved those who have stuck through it all.

Everyday I pray to god from him to remove from my path what does not serve me to make room for what does. As time passes, as I get stronger and firmer on my boundaries and am able to disassociate from things that aren’t fueling me how I need them to be life becomes sweeter. It’s become lighter allowing me to have fun and feel peace.

I love you girls. Thank you for making this night UNFORGETTABLE.

It’s funny how life works. Now that I see her in grateful and loving eyes, she allowed me to go.

Most of my life here I felt were challenge after challenge. It seemed to never end. The day I decided to change, so did the challenges. It brought me a new mindset, new friendship, a new lifestyle.

Im SO grateful for these last 3 weeks or going away parties and dinners and runs and hugs and tears. The magic and love I felt have me leaving in peace, happiness and love.

(1/2) My entire life I had a love hate relationship with Miami.

I always saw it as the place that took me from my home and family.

I tried leaving several times and it just never happened. I now know why.

These last two and a half years as I started my journey within, the things I saw things started to change.

I hadn’t been able to leave Miami because Miami had been trying for years to give me its best and I just kept rejecting it.
