The Hill used my face, BBC caught my good side, and Britney provided the soundtrack to my life the past few weeks LOL

A little press, a little plot twist, and a lot of me minding my business… which happens to be a full-time job. Some favorite moments from the past few weeks of creating, being outside, and enjoying the life I’m building. 😂🤌🏾

Meet the girl behind Arizona Places. 💜

With so many new faces here (hi, 10K! 🥹), I figured it was finally time to introduce myself.

I’m Aiesha✨! I’m originally from Tucson and moved to Phoenix in 2019. I’ve always loved finding cute coffee shops, hidden gems, aesthetic restaurants, and fun things to do, so during COVID I started sharing them online. What began as an Arizona Places series on my main page eventually grew into this community.

I honestly never imagined this page would take on a life of its own….especially without really promoting it. Seeing 10,000 of you here is something I’m incredibly grateful for.

I’m so excited to keep sharing Arizona with you, and I have a few fun series up my sleeve that I can’t wait to bring to this page.

Thank you for being here and for being part of this journey. It truly means more than you know. 💜 #arizonaplaces

Winning @phxmagazine Best of the Valley for Social Media Influencer / Social Media Personality alongside another incredible creator still doesn’t feel real!

What’s funny is… I never started creating because I thought it would become my career. I started because I genuinely loved making things. I loved documenting life, telling stories, editing videos, finding cool places, and sharing them with people. It was always the creative outlet I couldn’t seem to put down.

I’m still that same introvert who just happens to have a camera in her hand.😅

I’m incredibly grateful to be recognized in an issue filled with so many amazing local businesses, restaurants, creatives, and people who make Arizona what it is. It’s on NEWSSTANDS NOW!

Thank you to everyone who’s watched a video, shared a post, recommended a place, or believed in me along the way. This one means more than you know. ❤️ #arizonaplaces ily ❤️✨

owning The Curl Casa still feels unreal. but, most days my imposter syndrome wins and I constantly question every thing about my business. today I am choosing to be kind to myself and thank God for all the growth I really have gained throughout this process🌹
-
THANK YOU TO EVERY SINGLE PERSON WHO HAS SUPPORTED THE VISION. whether you booked an appointment, sent a referral, sent me a kind message, or shared my work, I REALLY FEEL ALL THE LOVE😘
