Thank you to the people who made this image possible. From its conception as a sketch, the ideas of alchemy to the choreography, the image is imbued with memory and emotion. The aim was to create something that came from a place deep within, using memory and feeling as a guide to create the initial movements, later refined by those in the image then leaving the moments after to dictate the final result.

When looking at this in post, it became apparent that it was an image of dissolution, a reflection of internal experience. The feeling it gave was as if they were spilling off the table.

The piece was shown as a 130 x 86.6cm aluminium brushed dibond print, leaving the highlights to reveal hidden details as you move around it.

The effort to create this was monumental and i will forever be grateful to @byronmichael @alexiamavrolleon @laurence.hills @violet.savage @_georgemjennings @conniemartin_ @baghdad_papi @dahliball @hanahlow @jack.dempsey.ewbank @cineviewstudios @procentre @le.clem.director

Shot on medium format, hand developed then scanned and worked into.

AR taking his restored F3000 winner out for a run. This is the car that won on its debut, the first Formula 3000 victory for Reynard, and the one that helped put Eddie Jordan Racing on the map. A significant piece of motorsport history, preserved exactly as it should be.
