Comment “REELS” and we’ll send you some templates to help bring these post ideas to life! 👀

You know that feeling when you have SO much beautiful work to share, but every time you sit down to post, your mind goes completely blank? 🫠

It’s frustrating because you KNOW your photos are good. You know you have something worth sharing. But figuring out how to turn those photos into content people actually connect with? That’s where you get stuck.

And suddenly, another week goes by without posting.

Here’s your reminder that you don’t need a groundbreaking idea every time you open Instagram.

Sometimes you just need a fresh angle, a relatable hook, or a different way to tell the story behind your work.

So we rounded up a few post ideas worth stealing this week that you can make your own, no matter what kind of photography you specialize in.

Save this for the next time you’re staring at your camera roll wondering what to post. And comment “REELS” to get the templates to help you put these ideas into action!

A glimpse from Kimmie and Christian’s wedding.

Kimmie & Christian kept it intimate, surrounded only by the people who know and love them best.

They gave me the creative freedom to capture their day as it unfolded—relaxed, deeply connected, and completely in the moment. Forever grateful for couples who let me tell their story.

Now booking 2027 weddings! 🫶🏽🎥

Creating a meaningful life has become so much more important to me than creating a life that simply looks successful.

A life with intention. With people I love. Work that means something to me. Mornings I get to be present for. Art I’m proud of. Experiences that make me feel alive. A life that actually feels like mine.

There are still so many things I want, places I want to go, dreams I’m working toward, and versions of myself I haven’t met yet.

But every once in a while, I look around and realize that so much of what feels ordinary to me now was once something I prayed for, dreamed about, or worked really hard to create.

And I think that’s the whole point.

Not constantly chasing the next thing, but creating a life meaningful enough that you remember to stop and live it, too. 🤍

Still not over Renae and Jonah’s wedding

Their style was effortlessly beautiful, and every moment felt so deeply personal and full of love

The Super 8–inspired look makes it even more emotional, like watching a cherished memory you wish you could step back into

So nostalgic, so timeless, and so completely them

My diary:

I’m sitting in the hardest feelings RN. An island so fragile. A community so incredible. A career so disposable. Reliant on tourism. I spent the past year restructuring. I was finally there. Running a business looks different for everyone. The same business can run a million different ways. And when I make myself sit long enough, I can start to feel how I can’t seem to catch a break. But what’s beautiful is I choose to pivot and keep going. No matter. I sit with so many truths of this disaster. The way it has affected me, the island, the community. i battle giving myself the space to grieve and knowing there’s so much work to do on our island. my heart is broken for the whole island as we still try to figure out how to navigate this.

all my scrambled thoughts 👇🏽
i still have cleanup I need to do
i need to buy food for my family
what kind of support can I look into
i’m always taken care of
I need to work
I can’t even seem to make myself breakfast rn
I have to edit
i should go help the island
can I even cash these checks now
my account is low
this leaves room for something new
it’s ok.
how can I give back
how can I show up
how can I give space for myself
my life changed overnight

if you’re waiting on an email, gallery, or update. today is the first day I truly have had to actually process and access everything. And bet I’m so over saying this. I can’t wait until we are out of the weeds. But please give me this weekend to get my mind back. I’ll have more clarity in this coming week.
