Day - 22 / 27 ( A community is in Making)

We didn't realize we were building more than just a kitchen. 🥹❤️
On February 5th, during our 2nd trial, something shifted. We served 35 people, but what happened between the plates of food was magic. I’m still struggling to find the words to express what it feels like to receive this much love.
I saw a community forming right before my eyes.
From Sachin Bhai bringing me to tears with a hand-delivered painting and letter, to the Dhenkanal boys filling the air with laughter, and the Chennai team giving us the ultimate nod of approval on our Idly, my heart is just full.
To Priyadarshini Di, Nikita, Riya, Bharat, and every single soul who spent their morning with us: Thank you for believing in this dream when it was just a thought.
We aren’t just building a breakfast outlet anymore. We are building a home. A place where the food touches your soul and the conversations stay with you long after the meal is over.
