Traditional signwriting with @mr.signwriter for @c.b.thatching yesterday. Luckily the sun shone for us and the rain came after we’d packed up. Logo on both side doors of Charlie’s truck. ۞ Illustration hand painted by me ۞ Lettering hand painted by @mr.signwriter *not designed by us Was so lovely getting shown the ropes of traditional sign writing by the master himself, Paul (aka Mr Sign writer) what a beautiful trade it is. Certainly got lost in it and the fact no screens were used , just a steady hand and some beautiful enamel paint. Talking of trades, another skill full and masterful one is thatching , and @c.b.thatching does an awesome job of it. So nice to see this art form appreciated and getting some resurgence. Humans making stuff! Yay!!
