New York City Marathon 2025 🍎⭐️
a race that was magical, electric, gritty, & an absolute dream (that’s been a long time coming—11 min 2 sec PB!!!!!)(& also really hard).

2:46:59 // 19th US female // 31st female OA

there is nothing easy about running a marathon & that was a challenge I decided to accept heading into NYC. I’ve learned that I can control what I can control for a race & let the rest be. I trusted my training, fueling, & taper to go after something bold.

big thanks to: @thefoodierunner_ for her support and belief that I had the capability to run fast on a challenging course, to @pumarunning for support as a PROJECT3 athlete, @sybilorman for being my race morning buddy/cheerleader and giving me her lmnt bc I failed to pack mine, @c.m.glynn for spending the week carb loading with me, and @drewwiseman bc duh🧡
