A summer well spent. 💪

Proud of every college athlete who put in the work this offseason to get stronger, faster, and more prepared for their upcoming season.

The work doesn’t stop when summer ends — now it’s time to take it with you.

Good luck this season to all of you. Go be great. 🏆

A hamstring strain doesn’t end when the pain goes away.

One of the biggest reasons hamstring injuries return is because athletes stop rehab before they’re prepared for the demands of sprinting.

A successful hamstring rehab progression should include:

✔ Isometric strength

✔ Eccentric loading

✔ Single-leg control

✔ Running progressions

✔ High-speed sprint exposure

The goal isn’t just to feel better.

It’s to restore the hamstring’s ability to absorb and produce force at high speeds.

Pain-free doesn’t always mean game-ready.

If your sport requires sprinting, your rehab should prepare you for sprinting.

DM me “HAMSTRING” if you’re dealing with a strain or trying to get back to sport with confidence.
