Long overdue post but….Some of the best moments in coaching don’t happen when the camera is on you. They happen when the athletes you’ve invested in tell the story for you.( this post was a lot longer but was shortened for time purposes) Two summers ago, I had the opportunity to lead the strength & conditioning program for Varina Football. We focused on building stronger, faster, more resilient athletes and those same athletes went on to have an incredible season with minimal injuries and a newfound confidence in their preparation. This video has been sitting in the vault for too long, but there’s no better time to share it. Would like to thank @mlew6 and the entire staff once again for the opportunity! 🏃🏾‍♂️💨 EvoSpeed & Strength 8-week summer camp officially begins tomorrow! If you’re looking to improve speed, explosiveness, strength, movement quality, and overall athletic performance, this camp is for you. 📅 Registration remains open through July 1, so there’s still time to join and get to work. Appreciate everyone who has signed up thus far. At EvoFittRVA, we’re not just chasing faster 40-yard dashes or bigger lifts, we’re building durable, confident athletes prepared to perform when it matters most. Every rep has a purpose. Every session is an opportunity. Evolve Daily. #athletics #athleticdevelopment #strengthandconditioning #speedtraining #youthathlete
