Goodbye NWG. 🟧⬛⬜

This gym has been such a massive part of my life for the past 17 years, I put my heart and soul into that club and I am gutted to leave everyone behind.
I've met some many amazing people and coached so many amazing gymnasts, some of whom I have taught for almost a decade. 🤸

I've built the young volunteer programme over the years and watched my gymnasts turn into great coaches alongside me. I am so proud of you all.

The laughs I had, the memories I made, the incredible sessions I had will always be a part of me, and I have been so lucky to have such amazing gymnasts and parents to support me along the way. ✨

To the people who supported me, respected me, lifted me up, took the time for me and those who joined me in a laugh or a challenge - thank you 🙏
To those who talked about me behind my back, disrespected me, excluded me and threw me under the bus - thank you also, I wouldn't be the person I am today without you 😉

My time at NWG has been a rollercoaster, but one I am fully glad I went on. On to new things.

Sometimes it's nice to...stop, look at where you are and where you started. To develop an eye for improvement. To stop and measure ones progress. To look at your foot placement, see your form in the air, to analyse how you take off and land. And get some nice photos 📸 😊
