After a few tough years trying to recover from injuries and surgery, I've finally made it all the way around the lake in under 1 hr. It was a goal I set to get by the end of this year, thank you clancy for always being so supportive! Next step, to run around the lake with no walking time

#natgat2023 was bloody fantastic.
Most wholesome, community driven, respectful parkour event I have ever attended.

I spoke to so many people passionate about furthering and spreading parkour as much as possible.

Every city I go to, it's the same goal.
All of these people who want the same thing and could benifit so much by working together if they only knew each other existed!

I'm going to try my very best to make this happen. Here is to the second big wave of the Australian community exploding.
