This is definitely one of the most beautiful, amazing, and very cherished experiences I have ever had. Helping deliver my niece, and being by my sister’s side... I still can’t get over it, I still can’t #thankGod enough. The closure it brought me, the beautiful intensity, and a miracle in so many ways... #MyNiece #iLoveHer #NenaMia #EnamoradaDeTi #VictoriaMaday #BabyFever2019

(Part 1) God & Mom 2018: What a year! I can’t say it was my favorite year, but I can say that it was a success in different areas of my life, and I have God to thank. I made the decision to restore my relationship with God/ Jesus, and to learn to trust him completely and fully again. I have seen the change it has made in my life. ( @fcchb )Although my life is far from perfect, it feels amazing to have the certainty that when I or my world seem to be falling apart, that God is there to catch me and make everything right for me. Even when I’m “falling” I still land in his hands, and there is no greater assurance than that of his Love and Loyalty 🙏🏻💛 Also, this year, my mother, my sister, and an aunt of mine had the chance to visit Jalisco Mexico, not for vacation, but for several different “unfinished” family business. One of which pertained to my mother. My mother grew up in Pihuamo, Jalisco when she was little. When my grandparents split, my grandmother moved to Ensenada, Baja California Mex. with her kids (my mother, my aunts and uncle). My mom would visit her dad from time to time, or go on vacation with him. Unfortunately, when my mom was 17, her father was killed in Jalisco. (It is said that his new wife had him killed so that she could inherit his business and his wealth, as my grandpa was a “rich man” back in those days). My mom had never been to her father’s gravesite... she is 62 now. Over 40 years later, she visited her father’s grave for the first time... my little sister and I were there to share that moment with her. 🙏🏻✝️ My sister and I also finally got to see the big house where my mom grew up back then, and because part of it had been turned into a hotel... that was where we stayed 🙂Amazingly we also discovered that we had many family members still living in Pihuamo, some of my mom’s cousins from my grandmother’s side, and some cousins and an AUNT from my grandfather’s side. My mom’s aunt! Her father’s sister!!! That filled my mom with so much emotion and joy, it was awesome to witness it. A couple days later we traveled from Pihuamo, to Guadalajara, to San Juan de Los Lagos... (see next post)

He was a huge #DodgerFan and the biggest reason why I’m a Dodger fan myself. I can only imagine how #happy and #excited he would have been to see the Dodgers make it to the World Series and even more, to imagine him sitting here beside us. I think he would have ran down to try to meet the Dodger team and try to share his beer with them ☺️ #iLoveYouDad
