Happy Birthday, Ryan! 🎂
To the guy who has been my best friend since day one: You are truly my favorite person in the world. You have this incredible way of making me feel completely taken care of, like a princess, no matter what’s going on. You will stop the world to make sure Im ok no matter where you are. Your heart, character, and ambition is what I admire that most.
You truly **see** me, hear my heart, and having someone who understands me that deeply is the greatest gift I could ever ask for.
I’m so lucky to have you as my brother and my person. Here’s to celebrating you today and always! Love you to the moon and back. 🥂✨

Omggggg Yall!!!! I feel like the common theme for year 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣6️⃣ has been “Working Behind the Scenes” because the JRUMZ team has been doing exactly that 😅. And as a testament to it here are some Behind the scenes moments 📸 at NAMM 🎧✨ -Another great experience filled with meaningful conversations, business growth, and genuine connections. Grateful for the Jrumz team—Monique and Ryan—and our Jrumz Squad, new and old. Special appreciation for the new friends we made from Russia and Lithuania. This is what building looks like.

We’re always looking to support the Squad on their fitness journey 💪🏾. Lately, we’ve been inspired by @nicknpattiwhack_ and his grind—but we noticed he didn’t have any headphones to vibe to and get that extra motivation 🎶. So of course the Jrumz team had to step in and lace him up 🎧🔥. Now he’s locked in and crushing those burpees! You deserve a high five for that work 🙌🏾. Can’t wait to see what workouts he’s killing next with these fire headphones 💥. #JrumzInMotion #HearWhatMakesYouHappy

Follow @nicknpattiwhack_ for workout vibes, inspiration and a good laugh. 😆 🏋🏾 That’s a combination we all need.
