POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

As we head into the weekend, we can’t stop thinking about how much fun was had at our October Halloween Trivia Night.

We’re in the middle of our industry’s busiest season of the year, so we’re extra grateful to the Next Gen community and friends for showing up and continuing to build relationships (and finding time to have a little fun)🤩

Huge shout out to @bigonionhospitality for being incredible hosts and to @beccapariente for MCing our event with her infectious energy!!

We have two more events for the year, and we are looking forward to closing it out with you all 🎉🤠

Vintage platters and a little lace 🤍

And a reminder that signage can be so much more than just paper. These custom wedding bar menus for Sara & Craig’s wedding were not only a beautiful way to display their cocktail selections, but such an elegant keepsake of their wedding day.

she didn’t just get married at the art institute, she built a whole exhibit out of the women who got her there. every one of these dresses belongs to someone who shaped her. this is the kind of detail that makes me insane in the best way

A wedding celebrated among framed works of art calls for framed art wax seals 🤍

For Sara & Craig’s Art Institute wedding, we decorated their custom wedding stationery with little framed wax seals, each hand-chromed in gold and originally designed as a special detail for their rehearsal dinner stationery. We all loved them so much that we incorporated the detail into their wedding day-of collateral too, adding a framed wax seal to each table assignment card so every guest could experience a little piece of it.

When you hire a wedding planner, you are not only hiring someone to run the day. You are hiring their people.

After years of weddings, we have worked alongside some extraordinary partners. Photographers who catch the moment you did not know was happening. Florists who deliver exactly what was on the design board. Bands that read a room perfectly. Caterers who make 200 plates feel like a dinner party.

Every name we give you comes from personal experience. We have stood next to these vendors on real wedding days and watched how they handle pressure, timelines, and last minute changes. If we have not seen the quality ourselves, we do not recommend it.

That means you are not sorting through hundreds of inquiries and hoping for the best. You get a short, intentional list of people who are right for your budget, your venue, and the way you want the day to feel.

Which vendor decision feels the hardest to you right now? Tell us below and we will point you in the right direction.

If you would rather stop guessing, book a consultation with us through the link in bio.
