The wellness industry doesn’t want you healing. They want you striving. Because striving keeps you searching. Another supplement. Another program. Another metric to optimize. Another version of yourself you’re told you need to become. You’re constantly working on yourself, but never feel like you’re enough. And somewhere along the way, wellness stopped being about caring for people and became about convincing people they’re broken. But you were never meant to spend your entire life trying to fix yourself. You deserve to feel whole. To build healthy rhythms. To care for your body, mind, relationships, and spirit without feeling like your worth depends on your progress. That’s why we built CARE. Not to give you another thing to strive for, but to help you build a life where you can actually thrive. You don’t need another reason to feel behind. You need a better way to care for yourself. The longevity movement is selling you the idea that living longer requires optimizing everything. More supplements. More tracking. More expensive treatments. More data. More ways to try to beat the clock. But what if we’ve made living longer so complicated that we’ve forgotten how to actually live well? Here are 4 foundational habits that support a longer, healthier life: 1. Move your body daily. You don’t need the perfect workout. Walk, lift, play, and stay active. Consistency matters. 2. Eat real, nourishing food. Build your diet around whole, minimally processed foods that fuel your body and support long-term health. 3. Invest in healthy relationships. Connection matters. Strong relationships and social support are associated with better health and longevity. 4. Live with purpose. Find something bigger than yourself. Your faith, family, service, or calling can give your life meaning and direction. No habit guarantees a longer life. But taking care of yourself shouldn’t require turning your life into a science experiment. The goal isn’t just to live longer. It’s to live healthier, love deeper, and actually enjoy the life you’ve been given. That’s why we built CARE—to bring your physical, mental, social, and spiritual wellness together in one place. Less obsession with optimization. More attention to what matters. Download CARE today and start caring for the whole you. Link in bio.

So much of life is spent in the moments people never see. We see the conversations, the work, and the parts of ourselves we share with the world. But those things only tell part of our story. I think a lot about who I am when the cameras are off and the expectations fade away. How I love my wife, how I show up for my daughter, and whether the people closest to me feel the care and presence they deserve. For me, that’s what makes CARE meaningful. Our health is about so much more than what we see in the mirror or how well we perform in a given day. It’s about caring for ourselves as whole people physically, mentally, socially, and spiritually. And it’s about recognizing that the way we care for ourselves shapes how we show up for the people we love. I’m joining CARE because I believe that kind of intentional living matters. And I’d love for you to join me. Download the app, invite a few friends to take the journey with you, and start making space for the person behind all the roles you play every day. Because at the end of the day, we all have a need to be cared for and we all have a responsibility to extend that care to ourselves and one another.

Some seasons don’t come with clean lines between work, family, ambition, rest, and everything in between. I’m learning that balance isn’t something you suddenly arrive at. It’s something you build by paying attention to what you need and caring for every part of yourself along the way. That’s what I love about CARE. It’s an easy way to help me stay connected to the bigger picture, physically, mentally, socially, and spiritually, so I can show up more fully for the things and people that matter most. I’m joining CARE, and I’d love for you to do it with me. Download the app, invite a few friends, and start building healthier rhythms together. We weren’t meant to do it alone. Because we all need care

✨ I’m so excited to share that I’m officially an ambassador for the @c_a__r_e app! ✨ What I love about Care is that it focuses on the whole person: physical, mental, spiritual, and community health. I truly believe all of these areas are connected. When we are struggling in one area, it can be hard to feel our best in the others. Being healthy doesn’t mean you have to run marathons, do backflips, or twist yourself into a pretzel. Movement can be yoga, walking, dancing, stretching, or simply moving your body in a way that feels good to you. It is also about caring for your mind, nurturing your spiritual health, and having a community where you feel supported and connected. That is what I love so much about Care. It brings all of these pieces together in one place. This app aligns so closely with everything I teach and believe, and I’m incredibly grateful to be part of it. I would love for you to join me! Message me if you want the link to join. 💛 #CareApp #WholePersonWellness #MindBodySpirit #CommunityConnection #HealthyLiving MovementForEveryone WellnessJourney

The wellness system isn’t failing you. It was actually never designed for you in the first place. It was designed in pieces. One place for your physical health. Another for your mental health. Another for your relationships. Another for your spiritual health. And we’ve been expected to somehow put all the pieces together ourselves. But when care is fragmented, health and healing become fragmented too. Because you aren’t a collection of separate parts. Your body affects your mind. Your mind affects your relationships. Your relationships affect your spirit. And your spirit affects how you experience everything else. Everything is connected. So everything needs to come together. That’s why we built CARE—to bring the whole person into one place and help you care for every part of who you are. Because you don’t need another piece of the puzzle. You need the whole picture.

Prevention starts with paying attention. Pay attention to how you feel. Pay attention to what your body is telling you. Pay attention to your mind, your relationships, your habits, and your energy. Don’t wait for a breakdown to start taking care of yourself. Taking care of yourself isn’t selfish. It’s how you stay healthy enough to show up for the people you love, the purpose you’ve been given, and the life you’re building. CARE was created to help you check in with yourself daily and care for your whole health—physical, mental, social, and spiritual. Start paying attention. Start taking care. Download CARE today. WE ARE EXPOSING THE SECRETS WE’VE LEARNED IN THE HEALTH & WELLNESS INDUSTRY. Your doctor sees your body. Your therapist sees your mind. Your trainer sees your performance. Your pastor sees your spirit. But who sees you? When every part of you is treated separately, the whole person can get lost. That’s not whole-person care. CARE was built to bring the pieces together. 👉 @c_a__r_e for the whole you.

Friend to friend, I pray you win the battles you tell no one about. The ones you carry quietly. The ones you fight when nobody is watching. The ones you don’t even know how to put into words. I hope you find strength when you feel empty, peace when your mind won’t slow down, and hope when you can’t see what’s next. And most of all, I hope you remember: God’s got you. You don’t have to carry it all alone.

I used to think my body was the whole story. I was a college athlete, and when a knee injury ended my career, I found out how much of me was tied to what I could do physically. Losing that didn’t just hurt my knee. It shook my mind, my relationships, my sense of who I was, and my faith. That season taught me something I’ve never forgotten: we are whole people. You can’t care for one part of yourself and ignore the rest. Years later, I found myself sitting with elite athletes and high-profile people across sports and entertainment. People with access to the best trainers, the best doctors, the best of everything. And many of them were still struggling. Tired in ways sleep couldn’t fix. Lonely in rooms full of people. Successful and still searching. At the same time, through our nonprofit work, I was meeting students carrying the same weight with almost none of the support. That’s where CARE came from. Two convictions. First, real health is whole. Physical, mental, social, and spiritual. Second, the best in wellness shouldn’t belong only to people with money, status, or a team around them. It should belong to everyone.

Not many people talk about the quiet parts of taking care of yourself. Going to bed on time. Taking a walk to clear your head. Sitting still long enough to pray. CARE is built around that idea: health is whole. Physical, mental, social, and spiritual. And the best part is doing it with a community. CARE for All is about bringing the people you care about with you. Download CARE, invite 3 friends, and get your first year free. Comment “more” and I’ll send you the link!
