POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Today is a special day! I had the opportunity to direct the Hawks 26/27 Schedule Release Video - which dropped today 🪶❤️ Go check it out on my reposts or Atlanta Hawks pages!

It is all thanks to Hawks Studios for hosting a “Hawk Tank” styled competition where I pitched the concept of a parody of the iconic White Chicks dance battle scene. After winning Hawk Tank- Matt Bunting was kind enough to ask me to direct and be apart of the process from ideation to post production and final touches.

I was then able to share the concept and final product to President and CEO of the Atlanta Hawks, Steve Koonin, thanks to Melissa Proctor’s invitation.

It was a dream come true for my career and creative aspirations as a director and choreographer. BUT - I am most grateful for the support and encouragement I received from Hawks Studios; everyone around me had years on me in production, yet they lifted me up as a true collaborator.

I’m so thankful to the team who helped me live out a career goal of mine, and to all the performers who said yes to such a silly and fun shoot.

Turns out doing previous personal passion projects does indeed pay off!!

Here’s to the 2026-2027 season!

Stay tuned to see how we did it…👀

Life update: I graduated.... back in spring of 2024

A lot has changed since then. I moved to Maryland/DC for a job doing something that I didn't go to school for. I spent a year learning as much as I could and doing what I knew how to do to the best of my abilities. It paid off as I was promoted to the Assistant Director position this past Fall. I enjoy the work I do, and I get to work with and learn from my best friend. He's also one of two people who inspired me to do video in the first place. There's not much more I could ask for.

I've made new friends, and lots of them. These are connections that I'll hold on to for life, along with the memories we've made together. (Sorry, couldn't tag everyone in the photos)

I've traveled to places I never would've expected to have gone. I wanted to be an auditor out of high school in order to be able to travel for work, but video work turned out to be so much better and more fun.

I had a different look basically every three or four months. I grew a full beard at times, shaved my head completely at others. Looking back on it, I almost don't even recognize myself in my cap and gown. There's been a lot of growth since leaving UConn.

Just to round things off, I want to say thank you to everyone who has made these last 18/19 months so special and enjoyable. I'm looking forward to what the future has in store.

TL;DR: Life is going pretty great

When I first came to Maryland I had no idea it would be the place I can call home. The people here have shaped me into a better person and I couldn’t be more grateful. I’m so glad I was able to call myself a Terp.

With that said, I want to share I’ve accepted a job with the Washington Wizards. I couldn’t be more excited to pour into my passion and continue my career at the next level.

Thank you to everyone who has been a part of this journey.
