Let’s talk about CURVES!
The hips that fill out a dress. The thighs that touch. The stomach that isn’t perfectly flat. The arms that jiggle. The stretch marks that tell stories. The rolls that appear when we sit down. The beautiful silhouettes that come in every shape and size.
YES, THOSE CURVES! 👏🏽
Some women are hourglass. Some are pear-shaped. Some carry their curves in their hips, others in their bellies, busts, or thighs. Some are soft all over. And no two bodies are exactly alike!
For far too long, society has celebrated certain curves while criticizing others.
A small waist with wide hips? Celebrated.
A full bust with a flat stomach? Praised.
But add a belly, back rolls, fuller arms, or a double chin, and suddenly those same curves are treated differently.
WHO DECIDED WHICH CURVES WERE WORTH CELEBRATING?
That’s the conversation we’re changing.
At Curvy Cohort, we don’t believe curves have to be perfectly proportioned, strategically placed, or fit somebody else’s definition of desirable to be beautiful.
We celebrate bodies that are real. Bodies that grow, change, move, dance, age, and carry us through every season of life.
Because CURVES ARE NOT ONE SIZE, ONE SHAPE, OR ONE SILHOUETTE!
And today, we’re not asking for permission to celebrate them.

Wear the outfit you’ve been saving. Stop hiding in the back of the pictures. Book the photoshoot. Take yourself somewhere beautiful. Stop waiting for your body to change before you allow yourself to enjoy the life you’re living.
And most importantly, when you see another woman confidently embracing her curves, CELEBRATE HER. DON’T COMPARE YOURSELF TO HER.
