All the glory and honor to God, he gave me this ability to run. When I began Cross Country, I ran a 21:53 for my first 5k. Over years of training, successes and failures, improvements and injuries, I was able to run a 3.04 mile race in 16:26. I’ve won a few local races and I finished top 20 in states every year in highschool. I’d say it’s been a pretty solid XC career. Thank you to my family who always shows up and shows their support without any shame or hesitation. Shoutout to my incredible coaches who have given me confidence and helped me to get where I am currently. Of course, thanks to my teammates and competitors as well over the years for being cool and stuff. Thank all of you guys for the constant support. I’ll see you on the track.
