Another great session yesterday! 🧱

We’re looking forward to Fall 2 this November.

More reps, more competition, and some exciting announcements on the way.

The easiest way to get your shot off quicker while shooting on the run is to improve the efficiency of your footwork ‼️

The Duke Drill is a perfect way to break this skill down & work on two really important fundamental pieces…

1️⃣ Creating separation from your defender by stepping away & punching your stick to the outside

2️⃣ Being efficient with your footwork

Outside foot away (1st step)
Inside foot back down towards the goal (2nd step)
Throw your outside hip down to the net (3rd step)

Try this out at home & see how it feels! Start slower and then pick up the pace as you get more comfortable with the drill. 🏎️
