A little more pink than our usual South Beach colors today! 🩷🌴

The South Beach crew was out supporting the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk and everyone impacted by this disease.

Great morning with great people, coming together for an even greater cause.

Proud to be part of a community that shows up for one another. 🎀

Harris and Trooper went from fearing the ocean to swimming in it, all in one day! 🌊 Such a special day making memories with my sweet Cait and our friend Heather. 💕

A beautiful reminder that the best part of an adventure isn’t always where you end up, but the courage it takes to get there. So proud of these boys! 🐴❤️

"Tell me you’re a hairstylist without telling me you’re a hairstylist. We live for the 'change my mind' moments! Went from red to a stunning blonde in one day, only to fall back in love with the red. Honestly, she rocks both. Watch the transformation reel in my link and vote your favorite below!"

Our first date was a mountain bike ride. Then it was skate parks, half pipes, and clover bowls. Eventually, he taught me motocross and supercross.

I’d done most of those sports already, just not competitively like him. Back then, I was a horse girl without a horse, the rollerblader in a world of skateboarders, a mountain biker with no front suspension, and a motocrosser on a three-wheeler. But Chris never cared. He pushed me to be more competitive and always made sure I was part of the adventure… even if I rocked it in my own way. 🤘😅

Then our beautiful Cait came along, and we raised her the same way, bringing her everywhere, teaching her to chase adventure, and building a family that was anything but ordinary.

Cheers to 26 years of marriage, our amazing daughter, and a lifetime of chasing our next “big idea.” 😂 We’ve still got it, babe.

Reiki isn’t just energy-it’s remembrance.
A return to the Self.
A breath whispered back into the bones.
“I release what is not mine.
I restore what always was.”
Whether you’re calling peace into a storm... or simply remembering how sacred your stillness is-
Reiki meets you where your soul is waiting.

🌿May this day be gentle.
✨ May your field be clear.
🌬️May your breath carry light.
