Really missing being able to photograph like this. But what’s worse is prioritizing that over safety. If we twist our leaders’ arms, they will listen to us. They play games with our safety to try to sneak paydays to their pocketbooks while using the vulnerable as human shields. Anyway, all of this to say: Support workers and especially artists and those whose jobs are not valued enough anyway. People like @c_frayyy who bring beauty to this world while not being supported by traditional pay structures. It’s worth their extra fight to protect more people, and it’s worth the sacrifice for all of our health. Sorry for the novel, but 🤷‍♂️. Shot on @cinestillfilm 800T on my @hasselblad 500 c/m. No one wants what was a completely preventable crisis to derail their birthday, especially a milestone one. But here we are. I’m 40. Not even sure if it means anything. But I thoroughly appreciate the kind words and well wishes. I will respond to FB messages ASAP. I really enjoy those BTW. Haha. This is a double exposure of @c_frayyy on @filmferrania P30. I’m running a bit behind on the current vlog, but I’m hoping to have that up tonight or tomorrow. But you can see this session on there right now. Thanks everyone! #ferraniap30 #filmferrania #filmphotography #analogphotography #35mmfilm #35mmphotography #doubleexposure #blackandwhitephotography #canona2

I think this is bromide drag? Do any film folk have thoughts? I used diffusion on this shot, but there was some weird streaking on this roll. Hoping I didn’t mix my @filmphotographyproject E6 kit incorrectly. Anyway, this is a surprisingly rare home development hiccup and I think it might even look intentional. Anyway, this is the magical @c_frayyy on @fujifilm_northamerica #provia100f in Florida. See this and many others on the vlog ... weekend viewing!! Whenever I am tired, I truly cherish how comfortable my bed is at home. Whenever I am sick, I think about how often I don’t value all the times I am healthy. In the same way, it took a tour being postponed for me to find a deeper sense of gratitude for the ability to make music with such a supremely talented and deeply kind and generous group of people.
Sending health, peace and love to everyone. May we all slow down a bit in order to cherish the things, people and situations we sometimes take for granted. 📷 @yaokingofrock
