Coen Grimm’s mindset is rooted in controlling the controllables, learning from losses, and trusting the work.

Every setback is a chance to adjust, grow, and avoid repeating the same mistakes. When outcomes feel uncertain, his focus stays on effort, preparation, and the things he can control. That is where discipline shows. That is where confidence gets built.

His message is simple: trust your coaches, trust yourself, and keep doing the work. When the effort is there, there is nothing else to worry about.
