POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

haven't posted a proper training reel in longggggg (been kinda fried)

but this week was peak week!! always incredibly exciting in the lead up to comp, and this week was exceptionally exciting. i've hit numbers this week that i haven't hit since as far back as april, so im really really proud of this.

160kg squat (=)
76kg bench (+6kg)
175kg deadlift (=)
411kg total (+6kg)

roll on next sunday, i'm so excited to take this to the platform!

thank you @c_j_barney for the undeniable support and encouragement through this prep. it's not been an easy one, but it's made it a lot smoother with your faith and time

Peak week - full of man flu, lemsip max and extra caffeine. Being ill was a little inconvenient, but still got the bulk of the work done and didn’t seem to impact my top singles too drastically. Hopefully back to 100% by next weekend and ready to hit some PBs on the platform.
