Well it's taken me a whole week to find the words, so here goes nothing:

"It was all a dream..."

Turns out Biggie knew all along 🤣🤣

Seriously though, last weekend was more magical than I could have dreamt.

If you reached out in DMs, on Facebook, texted or called, I freaking love you so much. THANK YOU.

I am obsessed with the people in my inner circle, and all of you in my community. The vibes are always high and the trust, connections and ongoing support are REAL. It truly means the world to me to be surrounded by such incredible humans every day.

Someone said to me that 40 is as visceral as it is beautiful. And I feel that, in my bones.

The last picture I posted is a side by side of me on my 30th birthday and then my 40th, and I can say without a doubt that the last decade has been the most profoundly transformative one to date.

I barely recognize the girl on the left.

And I'm fkn proud of the one on the right.

Can't wait to see what the next 10 years has in store. I'm here for all of it.

Sometimes it's hard to know the impact you're making while you're making it.

And sometimes it's easier to remember the goals you missed rather than the ones you crushed.

2025 was sticky and expansive and uncomfortable in a lot of ways. There's been a lot of growth - emotionally and spiritually - happening behind the scenes and at times, things have felt so uncertain.

And then this morning @angsalomone sent me this video compilation along with this text and I was reminded (again) that we are all exactly where and who and what we are meant to be, in this moment.

"Your retreats really were my highlight of my year! So much growth. Finally let go of things that were setting me back, stepping out of my comfort zone, taking chances, meeting new people, becoming more vulnerable, really becoming confident in my natural talents. Thank you for doing what you do!! You are so appreciated as well…let’s go 2026!!!"

In 2026 the focus will be:
Shining brighter, singing louder, speaking more truth, and finding more joy.

Because healing and growing and regulating doesn't have to be complicated. In fact, it's simple.

And I hope you'll join me along the way.
