What an honor it was to be invited to attend the PILATES, PROSECCO, & Wellness event at BMW of Shreveport curated by @rteventsco 💕. Upon entry we were given a turmeric and ginger shot to get our blood pumping, then it was straight to business, networking, and doing Floor Pilates. Whew! I got to mingle with my hometown friends, meet new people, and exchange information with the Advanced Practice Nurses present. My favorite parts of the event was the many gifts that were given by the vendors, and the guest speakers. The speakers emphasizing the importance of routine Mammograms, and they shared testimonies about health scares, and histories of Cancer 🪷. Good job ladies 🫶🏽@rayslove._ & @mrs_tbeaner this event was golden! #breastcancerawareness

Living life with my friends who feel more like sisters is a treasure beyond words. It’s a bond forged not by blood, but by shared experiences, late-night conversations, and adventures that become part of our stories. I will cherish navigating life’s ups and downs, celebrating triumphs and offering solace in moments of need. I find so much joy in your laughter, your joy, and your presence. Whether we’re exploring far-off lands or simply enjoying a quiet moment together, every day is a new chapter in our shared journey and I’m glad to have shared the beginning of chapter 31 with you. Love you all deeply and thank you for sharing in this experience with me! Until Next Year! 🤍🔐

Recap: I had the most amazing time in St. Marteen for New Years/Dobs Birthday! We PRAYED real hard, laughed A LOT, spoke life into each other, spoke life over our short and long term goals, talked about growing up dedicated to church and how it’s shaped us into the women we are, which is a conversation I can’t have with many people!, & we we had a BLAST. A TIMEEEEEEEE! I love yall! 💕🤞🏽✈️ … I have so many more pictures/videos but these reels can only be so long!!! lol 🤍
