What a season. ⚾️🎙️

This year was about so much more than what happened behind the microphone.

Being the Public Address Announcer for the Long Beach Coast has been one of the proudest experiences of my life, but none of what we accomplished happens without the people working beside me every single game.

To my coworkers, our game presentation crew, operations staff, coaches, players, and everyone working behind the scenes, thank you. Every person had a role in making Blair Field come alive. From the music and promotions to the scoreboard, timing, communication, fan experience, and everything happening that most people never see, this season was truly a team effort.

I may have been the voice people heard over the speakers, but there was an entire crew helping create the experience behind that voice. You all played a huge part in our success, and I’m grateful I got to work alongside you.

This season challenged me, taught me, pushed me, and made me better. There were great nights, difficult nights, mistakes, laughs, pressure, unforgettable moments, and plenty of memories I’ll carry with me for the rest of my life.

Most of all, I’m proud of what we’ve built together.

Thank you to everyone who came to Blair Field, supported the Coast, supported me, and helped make this season special.

Season one is officially in the books. 🎙️⚾️

Proud of this crew. Proud of this team. Proud to be the voice of the Long Beach Coast.

Until next season. 💙

🏆 CHAMPIONSHIP BASEBALL AT BLAIR FIELD 🏆

For the first time in franchise history, the Long Beach Coast took the field in the Pioneer League Championship Series in front of a SOLD-OUT Blair Field. 🌊⚾️

Emilio Corona got Long Beach on the board first with a NO-DOUBT SOLO HOME RUN 💣🔥 to give the Coast an early 1-0 lead.

Billings eventually broke the game open late, taking Game 1 with a 12-2 victory.

The series isn’t over. Long Beach now heads to Billings for Game 2 on Friday, Sept. 18. Time to fight and keep this historic inaugural season alive. 💪🌊
