Four years of Foocha. ❤️

It’s crazy how fast time goes.

Four years ago, Foocha started with a simple idea: to create a place where we could share the food, flavours and culture we grew up with and make it our own, here in Brussels.

Since then, it’s been a journey full of ups and downs. Long days, late nights, mistakes, lessons, stressful moments, big wins, unforgettable memories… and a lot of food along the way.

Looking back, we can’t believe it’s already been four years.

None of this would have been possible without the amazing people who have been part of Foocha.

To every team member, past and present: thank you for your energy, your hard work, the laughs, the chaos and all the memories we’ve created together. You are a huge part of what Foocha is today. ❤️

A little throwback to this year’s Foocha beach team building. These moments remind us that Foocha has always been more than a restaurant it’s a family we’ve built together. 🌊☀️

And most importantly, we’re incredibly grateful to all of you who have supported us over the years.

To everyone who walked through our doors, came back again (and again), brought their friends and families, ordered their favourite dish, shared Foocha with someone, left us a kind word or simply followed our journey thank you.

Without you, there would simply be no Foocha.

Four years later, we’re still here, still learning, still growing, and still excited about what comes next.

There was a time when we walked through the gates of Tomorrowland with nothing but a festival bracelet, a camera roll full of memories, and a dream.

We never imagined that one day, we’d be serving thousands of hungry festivalgoers from inside the festival itself.

This year marked our 3rd edition at Tomorrowland, and every single time, it still feels surreal.

To the entire Tomorrowland organization: thank you for believing in a small Asian Canteen from Brussels and giving us the opportunity to be part of something that inspires millions of people around the world. Being part of this incredible family is a privilege we’ll never take for granted. ❤️

But this journey isn’t ours alone.

To our incredible Foocha team: thank you.

Thank you for the early mornings, the late nights, the endless prep, the sweat, the smiles, and the energy you brought every single day. While the music was playing outside, you were making sure thousands of people could enjoy a comforting meal between unforgettable moments.

None of this would have been possible without you.

And to every festivalgoer who stopped by our stand whether you came for crispy chicken, noodles, dumplings, or simply to say hello thank you for making every service worth it. Seeing familiar faces return year after year means more than you know.

From dreaming about Tomorrowland... to becoming part of its story.

Gefeliciteerd Céline ! 🇧🇪

Bien que Céline ait quitté le Vietnam il y a quelques années, les photos captivantes sur son compte nous invitent dans son univers fleurissant où s’épanouissent ses septante passions : le chant, le ukulélé, le dessin, la photographie… et sa capacité à faire rire n’importe qui ! 🎼🎤 Ah, nous avions presque oublié son faux accent britannique (qui a besoin d’être retravaillé) ! Nous ne doutons pas qu’il lui assurera la réussite de son programme bilingue. 📚 Son futur métier lui permettra certainement d’agrandir sa collection de Sonny Angels. 💸
