THANK YOU does not even come close to expressing the gratitude I have for Tori ( @writethestori ) for taking the time to apply her talents for videography and video editing to put this together all while balancing traveling all over the world for work. You’ve really captured the heart of Country Fried Dance and seeing the community share their experiences makes me well up with happy tears every single time I watch it (which has been…a LOT of times with many more to come). Seriously - I am so immensely grateful you’ve lent your time and talents to this cause. I could never in a million years have come up with something that even comes close to achieving what you have here (though I do have about 38423579 videos of my pocket 🤡)

Also a huge thank you to everyone who participated in the interviews! To get to share my love of dance with you and be in community with you has been the greatest joy of my life. I really appreciate your kind words and continuing to come back for more country fried dances! :) If you got interviewed but didn’t wind up in this one, know that Tori was trying to cook up a few clips covering different story lines (time permitting ofc) but even if your clips never see the light of instagram when I count my blessing I’m counting every one of you several times. 🫶

No stakes, community-focused dancing, where you can come as you are, be yourself, and try something new? That’s the “bread and butter” at Country Fried Dance. I hope to see y’all on a dance floor real soon! 🪩

My heart is so good damn full. The fact that anyone has volunteered their time with me is wild - let alone how much time they’ve spent. The creativity and chutzpah of everyone is so so so appreciated! Tagging just a few of those incredible people here (who I have handles for) If you want to be like the heroes who have helped me take an old strip mall church and begin transforming it into a place of joy - there’s a fresh place to sign up!
