Seven things scarier than Halloween? Running out of candy, frost on your mums, and realizing someone ate the last cider donut. 😱

But perhaps the scariest of all? Missing out on a townhome you love!

Located at Pizzi Farms, this beautifully renovated Waltham townhome offers three spacious levels, thoughtful upgrades, and timeless design. Even better? It’s just a 5-minute walk from those cider donuts.

Don’t let this one become a real estate ghost story. Reach out to schedule your private showing and see it for yourself. We can also talk about options to make interest rates and financing less scary too!

Joe is a common name. A commitment to community, however, is something people have to build.
In Newton, three Joes and a Josephine have done just that.

Their works differ. But in conversations about their lives and careers, a common theme emerged: Community is not simply a place where people live. It is something they create for one another.

Cabot’s - Newton, MA Review! I travel to Boston at least once to twice a year because half my family lives along the outskirts of the city. Every single time I come to town, we go to Cabot’s. They are making some of the best sundaes and dessert creations I’ve ever had. It is super old school and has been there since 1969. When you walk inside, it’s as if nothing has changed. Such good vibes. They have some rotating flavors that are exclusive or seasonal which I always try to get when I go. The Banana Boat creations are probably my favorite thing there. I’m also a huge banana lover with ice cream. I got the mocha boat and it was divine. I was in heaven while eating it. We finished almost the entire thing. Michael got the Toll House cookie dough sundae. I was amazed at how soft the cookie dough was. It was the best part about it. Finally, we had to try their homemade apple pie topped with French vanilla ice cream. TO DIE FOR. I loved how the crust wasn’t super thick, and the apple filling was the highlight of the slice. It paired so perfectly with the French vanilla too. They also make specialty ice cream cakes, cupcakes, and pies which are perfect for special events or celebrations. I have never once been disappointed by Cabot’s. It is a must try destination of the outskirts of Boston. You guys have to check out @cabotsicecream and let them know Dine with Dom sent you!🍨🥧 #foodie #icecream #dessert #pie #boston

For more than half a century, Cabot’s Ice Cream & Restaurant has been home to Newton families celebrating victories, stopping after dance recitals, reuniting with old friends, and introducing their children to the same sundaes they grew up eating.

Now, a new generation is discovering the Newton institution in a very different way: through TikTok and Instagram.

Jenn & Scott tied the knot at the end of August at Gunstock Mountain, and it was such a perfect day! With the kind of weather you dream about for your wedding, these two celebrated surrounded by incredible mountain views and their closest family and friends ☀️

After getting ready, Jenn & Scott shared a sweet first look on top of the mountain at the new ceremony site! While they were hosting their ceremony at the base, we’re so glad that we were able to take advantage of this new spot for their private vow exchange. They shared sweet words with Lake Winni in the background, and it was so picturesque. A perfect kick off to the day!

We rode the chairlift down afterwards and checked off all of their formal photos before the ceremony, including ones with their handsome pup Dexter! If you know us, you know we LOVE a wedding day with a furry friend, and Dexter was the most well behaved boy all day long 🐶

Their ceremony took place by the pond, and after sealing their vows with a kiss, they walked back up the aisle with Dexter. They paused to smooch both sides of his face at the end, the best twist to the classic “end of aisle kiss”!

From there, their cocktail hour & reception began in the lodge. The couple walked in hand in hand to a sea of cheers and stepped right into their choreographed first dance. Complete with lifts and dips, these two absolutely killed it! We snuck out for some golden hour portraits after dinner, and then the party resumed as guests danced away into the night.

Jenn & Scott, it has been such a pleasure getting to know you and your families! We loved every minute spent with you from your engagement shoot all the way to your dance floor. Cheers to forever! 🫶
