A look behind the scenes at @cabrinaconaty session.

@cabrinaconaty is an actor, presenter, artist and producer, and an actor's portrait has a different job from a normal one.

A casting director looks at it for a few seconds.

It has to look like you on the day you walk in, with a real expression and clear eyes.

No heavy retouching, no pose, no mask.

So the session was calm and unhurried, with time to settle in and let the expressions come on their own.

That's the part you see here.

Thank you, @cabrinaconaty, for choosing me to be your photographer.

If you'd like a session like this, for acting or for yourself, the link is in my bio.

We’re connected online…

Yet many people feel more alone than ever.

We bank online.
Shop online.
Scroll online.

But human connection can’t be downloaded.

Sometimes loneliness isn’t solved by finding the right person.

It’s solved by finding your people.

Joining the group.
Taking the class.
Booking the trip.
Saying yes.

Because connection starts with action.

REMINDER: Your future friends are not sitting on your sofa. ❤️

A little chat about our journey from Dublin to Drogheda, building two very different businesses, raising a family and finding a community that truly feels like home.

Thank you, Cabrina, for having us on the show. It was such a pleasure to be part of one of your final programmes. Wishing you all the very best for whatever comes next. ❤️

And thank you, Drogheda, for making us feel so welcome from day one. @cabrinaconaty @lmfm_radio958 @gringos_drogheda

Comedy web series @motherhustleseries takes on the Irish childcare crisis.

According to Early Childhood Ireland, around 46,000 children under the age of three are currently on waiting lists for childcare places nationwide.

While the series is packed with laughs, it also shines a light on the very real challenges facing families across Ireland.
