As a few of us from Shutter Zone Media ventured through Montana and Wyoming to explore the beauty of Yellowstone, this trip became more than just an adventure… it was a celebration of everything we accomplished in 2025 and the exciting growth ahead for us in 2026. More importantly, this experience brought us even closer together as a team. Spending time outside of work, exploring new places and sharing unforgettable moments, reminded us how valuable the people behind the company truly are. I couldn’t be more proud of our team and the incredible people we’ve had the privilege of working alongside throughout the years…. from our photographers and videographers to the realtors, partners, and clients who have made this journey not only successful, but truly enjoyable. The relationships we’ve built along the way are what make Shutter Zone Media so special. All drone footage was captured in Montana, as flying is prohibited within the national park itself. Even outside Yellowstone, the landscapes were nothing short of breathtaking, especially with our Airbnb located just 30 minutes from the park entrance. To top it all off, we were fortunate enough to witness and capture the Northern Lights one unforgettable night. It was a perfect ending to an incredible experience and a reminder of just how rewarding this journey has been.

Still reminiscing about our time in Yellowstone—these are the final photos from our last day exploring the park. We were fortunate to experience a beautiful blend of snow, drifting clouds, and soft sunlight as the landscape began to thaw. It felt as though we moved through several seasons in just a few days, each moment offering something distinct and memorable. What an incredible journey it was with my Shutter Zone Media family.

We’re currently on a work retreat in Yellowstone, staying at an Airbnb just outside the park, celebrating an incredible 2025 alongside some of our top performers. Samantha, Luke, and I have had the privilege of helping build the brand with Casey and Paige, and we’re truly grateful for everything they’ve created and for welcoming us into their team. It’s been exciting to see our continued growth, with Diego—who has been with us for quite some time—now leading our expansion into the Chicago market. We’re also proud of Javier, who joined us last year and has quickly become a standout performer on our team. We also want to give a special shoutout to the team back home for holding things down while we’re away—we truly appreciate the continued effort and support that keeps everything running smoothly. As we look ahead, we’re energized by both the milestones we’ve achieved and the goals we’re setting for the future. We’re excited to continue building momentum as we move into 2026.

The title, The Cost of Eggs, is a duality of both economic inflation and femininity, a nod to the pressures women face in relation to value and worth. It speaks to how capitalism simultaneously exploits scarcity and manufactures desire—particularly targeting women with ideals of beauty and aspiration. As prices rise, so does the pressure to keep up. It asks: What is the cost of keeping up in a system that keeps asking for more? In the final image of the series, the woman sits alone at the table.
