🌵☀️ VENDOR SPOTLIGHT: CACTUS TALK ☀️🌵

We are so excited to welcome @cactus_talk to the Aussie Plant Fest lineup! 🎉

Cactus Talk is our closest local vendor. Cactus Talk Founder Callum is right here in the Illawarra, and we couldn’t be prouder to have a homegrown cactus business on board. 💚

Callum’s story started over a decade ago, when his brother gifted him some cactus cuttings. Watching those cuttings take root and come to life lit a spark, and that hobby soon took over his home before growing into the thriving business it is today. 🌱✨

From spiky statement pieces to cacti with colourful flowers and even some that fruit, Cactus Talk is proof that a little patience (and a lot of passion) goes a long way. Whether you’re a seasoned collector or just starting out, there’s a cactus out there for everyone. 🌵💪

Local. Passionate. Seriously spiky. This is exactly the kind of vendor that makes Aussie Plant Fest special. 💚

📍 Come check out Cactus Talk in person at Aussie Plant Fest, 17th October, Bulli NSW!

Some make coffee. Some make art. Some fill shelves with beautiful things.

Together, we make the Timbermill. 🤍

Zygote Cactus 🌵💗 (pet friendly ✅). The flower buds have burst 💥 - so bright and beautiful. This plant seems to love a little morning sun 🌞 + afternoon shade ⛅️ (thanks for the tip - @timsgardencentre) and is fun to grow in a hanging 🧺.
.
On a random note - mushrooms have appeared in one of my pot plants 🍄🍄‍🟫🪴😂- has anyone else experienced this?
.
My little cat 🐱 Samara visited a holistic vet during the week. She was prescribed a 5 mushroom extract for her immunity. Super cool how plants have healing properties for pets (or so I’m learning 😂). 💚 Gibby.
