@robynhump Hello! I am Robyn Humphrey (Rizzo Hughes). My daughter and I joined the BETTER Program in March of 2017 after moving back to Tulsa. Not only did I find an accountability group, I experienced a supportive community of likeminded people with different journeys, yet the same goals for a BETTER lifestyle. The benefits of the BETTER Program have been sustainable and key in my life. I will never be the same! The BETTER Program will be beneficial to you as well, where your health, wellness, fitness, success, purpose, longevity and legacy are concerned. To learn more about the options @BETTER Inspiration, Motivation and Consulting, text 918-896-5200 or email bettereverything3@gmail.com

The world of 🌎 fitness is driven by revealing images, this the world knows... But @BETTER, we also lift up images like this every chance we get!!! We promote the husband & wife Teams who get down in it together!!! I recommend that couples get down in it together, I recommend the practice of supporting and motivating each other in pressure situations. It is, without doubt, healthy to be a place, in a vulnerable position, giving it all you got with the person who wants and depends on you being well. This is what we need more of, the husband wife Team who gets up 4:30am to make their 5am session, the Father, The Mother, The entrepreneurs who fight for their families, then come to BETTER and no matter what push each other through. *No secret, Coach Caddy puts that heat on couples, just so they can practice rising to the occasion. Tulsa is proud of the Stevenson Family and their brand & and entities, Scoops Water Ice & Breaking Cycles Investments.

Bro, we have to put in perspective the hurt that has become a culture... When you think about the disappointment, so many women have had to internally confront... Questions about why her Father couldn't be there to protect her, and if he was there, why come he wasn't strong enough to protect her and at worse why he took the role of her assailant as opposed to a teacher and protector. We have to think about the experiences that led to her to feel like a target unable to go anywhere without being harassed, and the subconscious desensitization to the anxiety that eventually became "normal". You wonder why, the answer is... "IT'S JUST SO MUCH"?...because it is and for many, the veils and cloaks of "I AM OK", are deteriorating. This goes beyond the average human emotional addiction we all received through birth...add life, add life out of order, add the worst, survival and keep in mind that animals survive. The emotional make up of a woman is not one that should have so many nerves exposed, there has been too much "trauma".... Too much nervous system & hormonal overloading....and it...is...not...ok. Some hide it well, but we must understand, just as the trauma has to be confronted but in a safe place. I look forward to talking with you more about the process of internal healing, health and addressing the neurochemical addictions that have evolved into silent hopelessness... I am telling you ladies, the facade you were forced to put up to make it, lead us to believe you were in control and okay. I have studied, am not making excuses but some of us hurt for you, some us want to hurt for you and some just don't know BETTER. #mentalhealth #trauma #neuroplasticity #addiction #wellness #wellnessconsulting #internalpeace
