4 dinks before anything goes!

This kitchen drill is all about patience, decision-making, and consistency.

Keep the ball in play for 4 dinks, then anything goes!

Learn when to stay patient, when to attack, and how to recognize the right ball.

The goal isn’t to speed up first. It’s to speed up SMART.

Are you staying patient or pulling the trigger too early?

Transition drill 🔥

The focus isn’t just on the player working their way to the kitchen—it’s on the player already there.

When your opponent is transitioning in, APPLY PRESSURE. Your 4th shot should make their trip to the kitchen uncomfortable.

🎯 Stay aggressive
🎯 Keep the ball down
🎯 Attack their feet & gaps
🎯 Make them earn the kitchen line

Don’t give away easy transitions. 4th shots need PRESSURE.

1 vs. 2 aggressive dinking drill. 🔥

The goal isn’t just to keep the ball in play—it’s to create pressure.

The solo player works on:
• Creating offense with the dink
• Moving opponents out of position
• Recovering quickly after every shot
• Staying patient until the attack is there

This drill builds decision-making, consistency, and the ability to control points under pressure.
