This post is later than I planned, but I walked into Mr. Lombardis class today for a shirt and felt all of the gut wrenching nostalgia even though I’ve only been done with school a week—and it feels only right to reflect on the memories and milestones that defined my journey. What started as a freshman class that simply “sounded interesting” became the foundation of my high school experience. Over four years, the STEM Center became more than just “going to school”—it became a second home filled with laughter, challenges, growth, and unforgettable moments.
DSTV and Mr. Lombardi—thank you. DSTV pushed me to become the best version of myself, and Mr. Lombardi, thank you for three incredible years of mentorship, encouragement, and belief in my potential. You built more than a program—you built a family, and I’m deeply grateful to have been part of it. To my classmates, thank you for the friendships and memories I will carry with me long after graduation.
Film and TV has shaped who I am today. From the moment I set my sights on that class as a freshman, I was determined to be part of it—and it exceeded every expectation. It challenged me, inspired me, and opened doors I never imagined.
To my first film group—Jaclyn, Arline, and Sadie—thank you for pushing me out of my comfort zone and helping me discover my passion behind the camera.
To my advanced class, thank you for the laughter, the lessons, and the bond we shared—you made it unforgettable. And a special thank you to Adam and Austin—our trio, the constant laughs, and even the Sonic debriefs helped build my confidence in ways I’ll never forget. You both played a huge role in shaping who I am today.
I’m especially grateful for the friendships that strengthened my confidence, shaped my voice, and made every moment meaningful.
Above all, I thank God for guiding me to this path—transforming uncertainty into passion and growth. I trust in what lies ahead and carry these memories with a full heart.

5️⃣inco: First and foremost I want to thank God for giving me the opportunity to play this beautiful game. When I first started playing football, I could’ve never imagined all of the people I would’ve met, the places I would’ve discovered, and the memories I would’ve made. I want to thank all of my Coaches and staff who helped me become the player and the man I am today. Thank you to my teammates from all four years, who suffered blood, sweat, and tears with me, y’all are forever my brothers. Thank you to my family for loving me unconditionally through thick and thin. Thank you to the fans and supporters who showed up to the games and made every moment special. To my linemen, I forever love yall boys man! Without any of YOU, I wouldn’t be the person I am today ON and OFF the field. I wouldn’t want any of this to be any other way. I could go on all day about the memories and the love I found from this game, but the bottom line is, THANK YOU. And to the game of football: It’s been a great ride, but i’m not done with you yet! I could speak a million words about this team, what it meant to me, my teammates, coaches, and the countless memories it gave me. I could never express enough gratitude to every single person involved in my 4 years as a yellow jacket and the young man this program made me. Forever and always #stingem

There is not enough space to fill the 316 days of this year that these young men gave everything they had to their school, their teammates, and this program. Our focus this whole year was to compete daily, that’s in the weight room, during sprints, in the class room, on the field, and in life.

They accomplished just that, they competed.

Our 41 seniors left this program in a better spot than they found it. They were relentless in their intent and effort everyday in everything they did, most importantly their leadership.

This class is the first class that doesn’t know anything before the current era at Denham Springs. They only know the standard that you see today. They are proud to wear these colors and proud to represent Denham Springs.

If you ask me I can tell you something about each one of them, who they are, how they act, and where they come from. My heart is full with the love I have and will always have for them.

Thank you to the Denham Springs Football class of 2026 you forever changed the landscape of this program and this school.
