Back-to-school weekend at Auburn with three of my favorite people. 🧡💙

This year feels especially bittersweet—three kids at Auburn, and my youngest beginning his freshman year. I loved getting to spend the weekend with them, getting everyone settled and soaking up a little time together before another school year begins.

I talk a lot about fitness here, but health to me has always been about so much more than the physical. It’s taking care of our bodies, but it’s also our relationships, our emotional well-being, the people we surround ourselves with, and creating a life that feels full and connected.

And as a mom, I think that changes the way I look at health, too. Of course I want my children to be physically healthy, but more than anything, I want them to be healthy in all the ways that matter—to have strong friendships, meaningful relationships, confidence in who they are, and lives they genuinely enjoy.

Spending this weekend together was a pretty wonderful reminder that health is really about the whole life we’re building. ❤️

Here’s to a new school year, a new chapter for my freshman, and three Auburn Tigers I couldn’t be prouder of. War Eagle! 🦅

Great week in England! Visited Oxford, The Cotswolds and capped it off with a 90th Birthday celebration in London.

3 weeks at Sharptop Cove scrubbing toilets and folding towels, and I wouldn’t have it any other way!! I met my best friends and learned more about the Lord than I could have dreamed. I learned that when I am completely weak and incapable, He meets me right where I’m at and supplies me with everything I need. He lavishes His gentleness, joy, peace, graciousness, and strength onto me, equipping me to do things that would not be possible apart from Him. His love truly is sufficient!! 💌💌
