I didn’t realize just how much I needed this trip to Montana until I was there. 🤍

Before we left, I was having such a hard time with the twins graduating. My mama heart was struggling more than I expected, and I felt anxious and worried every single day. It was hard to quiet my mind, hard to be present, and honestly hard to do much of anything without feeling overwhelmed by all of it.

But this trip… it was the reset my soul needed.

Being surrounded by the mountains, the stillness, and the beauty of nature felt like being wrapped up in God’s masterpiece. Every view, every quiet moment, every deep breath reminded me how big He is and how good He is. Somewhere between the fresh air, the peacefulness, and the beauty of Montana, I felt myself exhale.

I came home feeling refreshed, renewed, and lighter than I’ve felt in a long time. The anxiety I had been carrying so heavily was lifted, and my heart feels so much more at peace.

So thankful for this time away, for the beauty of God’s creation, and for the way He knows exactly what we need before we even have the words for it.

Montana, you were good for my heart. ✨🏔️🤍
