It’s Feature Friday (Sunday. Better late!)

In endurance sport and everything else, we all start somewhere! Each of these athletes is preparing for or completed a big first, which is such a unique moment of pride and the culmination of years of hard work.

Swipe to see what Caelyn, Bec, Brandon, and Ash are up to and send them a big cheer!! 📣

This week’s Mission Spotlight is a little different. It belongs to all of you. 💙

To every person who said yes to Mission Crew, this one is for you. When I started this, I had an idea and a mission I believed in, but I had no idea who would show up, who would believe in it with me, or what it would eventually become.

Then you came. You brought your stories, your goals, your nerves, your laughs, your hard days and your really good ones. You kept coming back. Somewhere along the way, this stopped feeling like something I was trying to build and started feeling like something we were building together.

My favorite part has never been the pace or the miles. It’s watching you show up for each other. Waiting for someone to finish. Checking in when someone is struggling. Celebrating someone else’s win like it’s your own. Making the new person feel like they’ve been here the whole time. Everywhere you look around this crew, there’s somebody who sees you and somebody who’s glad you showed up.

You came here to run, but you gave this mission its heart. You turned strangers into friends and a weekly run into something that feels a lot like home. I don’t take any of that for granted.

And if you’re watching this thinking, “I wish I had something like this,” consider this your invitation. You don’t have to be fast. You don’t have to know anyone. You don’t have to wait until you feel ready. Come as you are. There’s room in this crew for you too.

To my crew, thank you for believing in the mission. Thank you for believing in each other. Thank you for showing up and making this so much bigger than running.

When the road gets long, look around. Your crew is right here. 💙

Send this to someone who belongs in this crew, even if they haven’t joined us yet.
